Your mission

As an Investment Banking Associate in our DAO IB division, you will be instrumental in driving our investment banking activities within DeFi. You will focus on researching emerging trends in the DAO and DeFi sectors, developing strategic proposals for DAO initiatives, and executing deals.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively in all facets of investment banking activities tailored to the DeFi context, including but not limited to financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution;
• Work on the lifecycle of OTC deals, negotiating and managing both the acquisition and divestiture of crypto assets in alignment with strategic goals;
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate investment banking activities, including actively seeking buyers and sellers to manage OTC deals;
• Spearhead research projects to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities and risks within the DAO and DeFi landscapes;
• Craft and present detailed proposals and strategic recommendations for new DAO partnerships;
• Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in DeFi and market dynamics.

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management, with exposure to DeFi and blockchain technologies;
• Robust analytical skills with a track record in financial modelling and evaluations;
• Python/R/SQL proficiency is highly valued, but optional;
• Exceptional communication abilities;
• Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken form;
