Your mission
We're seeking a motivated M&A Intern to join our dynamic team at karpatkey. This role is perfect for an undergraduate or graduate student in Finance or STEM with a passion for DeFi, Web3, and M&A/Investing.

As an M&A Intern, you'll dive into the cutting-edge world of crypto M&A. You'll assist our team in identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting market research, and supporting deal analysis. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier DAOs and gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 space.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in market research and analysis of potential acquisition targets;
  • Support due diligence processes for M&A transactions;
  • Help prepare financial models and valuation analyses;
  • Contribute to the creation of presentation materials for internal and external use;
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions;
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities;
  • Assist in maintaining and organising deal-related documentation.


Your profile
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, STEM, or related field
  • Strong interest in DeFi, Web3, and M&A/Investing
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams;
  • Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
