Executive Assistant

Your mission
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in administrative support and a foundational understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements;
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed;
  • Assist in organising and managing events, ensuring timely and efficient execution;
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payments;
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring all deadlines are met;
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the company.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role;
  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payments;
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and other office management/communication tools;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level of discretion and professionalism;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
